The sterilizer automatically adds water and air to the container and heats it to the set temperature. Once the sterilization temperature is reached, it is kept warm for a period of time to destroy and kill microorganisms, thus achieving the purpose of sterilization.Subsequently, hot water is drained and replaced with cold water for cooling; during this phase, the equipment automatically replenishes air to prevent a sudden drop in pressure that could cause package swelling. An alarm sounds upon completion of the cooling cycle, signaling the end of the entire sterilization process.

Retort Autoclave Application
This counter-pressure sterilization retort utilizes high temperatures to eliminate bacteria rapidly, thereby significantly reducing the time required for the sterilization process.
