Automatic retort autoclave

The sterilizer automatically adds water and air to the container and heats it to the set temperature. Once the sterilization temperature is reached, it is kept warm for a period of time to destroy and kill microorganisms, thus achieving the purpose of sterilization.Subsequently, hot water is drained and replaced with cold water for cooling; during this phase, the equipment automatically replenishes air to prevent a sudden drop in pressure that could cause package swelling. An alarm sounds upon completion of the cooling cycle, signaling the end of the entire sterilization process.

Retort Autoclave Application

This counter-pressure sterilization retort utilizes high temperatures to eliminate bacteria rapidly, thereby significantly reducing the time required for the sterilization process. It ensures effective, contamination-free sterilization and effectively resolves issues such as the inability to store food at room temperature, package bloating, and spoilage during long-term storage or shipping. The equipment is widely used for sterilizing food products packaged in glass jars, tin cans, plastic bottles, and flexible packaging (such as *zongzi* and vacuum-packed meats). Typical applications and products include laboratory use, canned fish, vacuum-sealed beef, roast chicken, *zongzi*, meat pastes, salted duck eggs, corn, fishing bait, dried tofu, donkey meat, pastes, and curry rice.
