Work Principle
Hot Air Distribution: After undergoing high-efficiency filtration and heating, the air enters the air distributor located at the top of the drying tower, flowing into the drying chamber in a uniform, stable, and spiral pattern.
Atomization: The liquid feedstock passes through a high-precision atomizer at the top of the tower, where it is (rotationally) sprayed into extremely fine mist-like droplets.
Instantaneous Drying: The fine mist droplets come into co-current contact with the hot air and rapidly dry into a finished powder product within a very short period (a few seconds).
Gas-Solid Separation: The dried product is continuously collected and discharged by a high-efficiency cyclone separator located at the base of the drying tower, while the exhaust gas is safely expelled via an induced draft fan.
