Recap of Q3 Highlights
To systematically review business outcomes of Q3, analyze market challenges, summarize valuable experience, and set clear strategic goals for the upcoming Q4, Henan Lanphan Trading Co., Ltd. convened its quarterly review meeting on October 21.
The meeting kicked off with a carefully edited highlight video. The footage captured key moments from the past three months: customer online consultations, order follow-ups, product technical communication, overseas exhibition preparation, as well as daily teamwork. It intuitively showcased our team's steady progress in promoting freeze dryers, sterilizers, spray dryers and other laboratory instruments across global markets.
Work Report & Interactive Session
After the highlight showcase, heads of the E-commerce and Sales departments took the stage one after another to deliver in-depth quarterly reports.
The e-commerce lead shared data from international platforms, including traffic trends, inquiry conversion, product exposure of our lab instruments, and feedback collected from global buyers. Sales leads then analyzed market dynamics of our core target regions-the United States, Australia, Thailand and other overseas markets. They covered order delivery status, customer requirement differences, customized demand for lab equipment, existing difficulties and feasible expansion plans for Q4.
A lucky draw was arranged between sharing sessions to ease the intensity and build a relaxed, positive communication atmosphere.
Team Time & Afternoon Tea
The afternoon session started with light-hearted group games. Away from busy customer communication and daily business tasks, all staff joined together, cooperated and competed in the games. These activities helped relieve work pressure, enhanced mutual understanding and strengthened team cohesion.
Following the games, we enjoyed a nice afternoon tea. Milk tea and our popular extra-long egg tarts were prepared for everyone. It was a warm casual moment for colleagues to chat, exchange ideas and share thoughts outside formal work discussions.
