ZP9 Tablet Press
This machine is a single-compression automatic rotary tablet press designed to compress granular raw materials into various types of tablets. While primarily used for tablet production in the pharmaceutical industry, it is also suitable for applications in the chemical, food, and electronics sectors. The machine features a fully enclosed stainless steel exterior, and the internal working platform is also constructed from stainless steel. The surface of the rotary turret undergoes special treatment to maintain its luster while effectively preventing cross-contamination, ensuring compliance with GMP standards. Transparent glass windows allow for clear observation of the tableting process; these windows can be fully opened to facilitate internal cleaning and maintenance. Controls and operating components are logically arranged, and a variable-frequency drive ensures smooth, safe, and precise speed regulation. All drive mechanisms are housed within the machine body to keep components clean. Additionally, the machine is equipped with an overload protection device that automatically stops operation if the pressure exceeds the preset limit.
