Small Scale Spray Dryer Structure
- High-efficiency original spray nozzle (two-fluid nozzle); centrifugal atomizer available as an option.
- Color LCD touchscreen displays parameters: inlet temperature, outlet temperature, peristaltic pump speed, airflow rate, and nozzle cleaner frequency.
- Equipped with a nozzle cleaner (de-blocking pin) that automatically clears blockages; the cleaning frequency adjusts automatically.
- Shutdown protection function: pressing the "Stop" button halts operation immediately (except for the fan), preventing damage to the heating assembly caused by improper operation (such as forcibly turning off the fan).
- Built-in oil-free air compressor; produces powder with a normal particle size distribution and excellent flowability; operates at very low noise levels (below 60 dB).
- Drying temperature control utilizes real-time PID technology, ensuring accurate temperature regulation across the entire range with a heating control precision of ±1°C.
- Equipped with an inlet air filter to maintain sample purity.
- Feed rate is adjustable via the peristaltic pump; minimum sample volume is 50 ml.
- The resulting dried powder features uniform particle size.
